It's been a long summer....

Yes, I've just come up for air. I know the heading has the word "summer" in it, which seems far off since we've already had a Nor'easter, but I'm starting to realize that when you work in the seasonal resort industry...there are 2 seasons: Summer and Off.

This is the reason I have been neglecting this poor blog. It doesn't quite make sense, because in actuality, I think I have been drinking more...so I'm blaming the buzz, er I mean exhaustion. Now that I'm in the "Off" season the dedication will come back with full force. I know it's a bit early for resolutions...maybe I can call it something else.





I promise to drink more...wait, what?


I promise to put more education into the text...which may be hard (see above)


I promise that the wines will be in all ranges, prices-wise...no YellowTail here...


I promise not to apologize that I won't be opening bottles like YellowTail and Kendall Jackson


And lastly I promise to never call Sparkling Wine Champagne....
